Kai Muay Terms of Use and Subscription

Effective October 15, 2026. Published at kaimuay.app and linked from the app and from Google Play. Written in plain words on purpose: if something here is unclear, write to us and we will fix the wording. This page is also available in Spanish; if the two ever differ, the English version governs.

Who we are

Kai Muay is made by Binary Vektor LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. The app is distributed on Google Play for Android. Questions: hello@kaimuay.app.

What is free and what is paid

  • Free, for everyone, forever: the Base level (3 classes), the timer, the jump rope, free style with every strike measured, the after-class stretches (the “After class” routine), your history, and combos and routines with the techniques of the Base (up to two saved routines).
  • With the subscription (“The Path of the Nak Muay”): the Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Defense levels (28 scripted classes, called and graded), their technique cards and the flexibility routines, except “After class”, which is free. Everything that is free stays free.

Plans

Three ways to open the Path, sold through Google Play:

  • Yearly subscription, with a free trial when Google Play offers it to you.
  • Monthly subscription.
  • Lifetime, a one-time purchase that opens the Path for as long as Kai Muay is distributed on Google Play, on the Google account that bought it.

The prices you see in the app come from Google Play, in your currency; they can differ by country and change over time. A new price applies to new purchases; if a change ever affects an existing subscription, Google Play tells you in advance and asks for your consent where the law requires it.

Buying, trial, renewal and cancellation

  • Google Play is the seller. The purchase, your payment method, invoices and refunds are handled by Google under its own terms (in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom the seller is Google Commerce Limited). Kai Muay never sees your card or your account.
  • Free trial. When offered, the trial lasts the number of days the app shows before you tap the button. At the end of the trial the yearly price is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. One trial per Google account.
  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. Cancel any time in Google Play › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions, or from “Manage on Google Play” inside the app. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid; there is no charge after that.
  • Restore. If you reinstall the app or change phones, “Restore purchase” in the app asks Google Play what your account owns.

Refunds and withdrawal

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy; you can request one from your Google Play account. In the European Economic Area, the Path is digital content delivered immediately: by buying it you agree that access starts at once and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to that purchase. Nothing on this page limits the rights your local law gives you and that you cannot waive, including your rights if the content is faulty and, where they apply, proportional refund rights after a trial or a renewal.

Using the app

Kai Muay measures with the sensors of your phone mounted on a bag or lying on the floor. You decide where and how to mount it and you train at your own risk; the app is not medical or professional advice and does not replace a coach. The technique cards and videos are for practice guidance only.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new date; changes that affect an active subscription are notified through Google Play. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where the consumer law of your country of residence applies to you and cannot be waived, in which case that law prevails.
